Terrance McDuffie's journey began in Western New York, where discipline, family, and perseverance were not just values but necessities. As the eldest of six, Terrance saw firsthand how sports gave direction and hope in a three-bedroom project apartment. A multigenerational record of Division I and professional athletes within his family instilled deep understanding of the sacrifices and determination needed to succeed. However, even elite talent can be overlooked - a lesson made painfully real when his own son faced setbacks despite outstanding achievements. This experience drives our mission at 1st Look Sports: ensuring no gifted athlete's potential is left unseen and that every community finds practical ways to support its emerging stars.
